ABOUT THE COURSE
Designed for
The two courses of Advanced Beginners are designed for students with good Pinyin foundation already, Beginner 2.0 for students with knowledge of 80 or more words and can also respond to basic questions about your background. Beginner 3.0 for students with knowledge of 160 or more words.
Designed to
The courses are designed to further student’s discovery journey, by learning word formations, the complete Chinese sentence word orders, verb aspects to tell events in the past, present and future. The curriculum aims to further student’s self introduction skills by learning how to describe your lifestyle, your home and neighborhood, and your favorite places in the city etc. There is also added bonus of a curated food guide and travel tips in the lessons. At the end of the two courses, students are also encouraged to take the international Chinese proficiency test HSK Level 1. So far, PM students’ pass rate is 100%.
Designed and taught by
This course is designed by PM academic team, the original course since 2009 has been modified and improved over time and practise, it’s now a tested and trusted training course for beginners. This course will also only be taught by PM teachers, who are all native speakers with a master to PHD degree in education or linguistics.
